Get Excited

Note:  This is just a trailer.  There will be no actual summer fun disclosed in this blog post.  Bummer, I know.

So, I realized that whenever summer rolls around, my blogging stops entirely.  I suppose it's because I'm outside more, doing fun things, traveling, and staying busy than sitting inside blogging...
(I often blog when I need a break from grading papers, and I haven't needed too many of those so far this summer.)

Nevertheless, I promise there is a blog coming which will make up for all the ones I've missed.  It will include:
-Books I've read this summer (Thank goodness for books on CD!  Does that still count as reading?)
-Pictures of my adventures (from Harry Potter to fireworks to canoeing)
-What I've been up to all summer (travels, plays, classes, tests, etc.)
-Stories from my Colorado Plateau class I took
-The Praxis adventure (or misadventure)
-My birthday!!!

In other words, get excited.  Get very excited.
It's going to make you wish you would have been a teacher after all.  :)

Doesn't this look like a great way to earn 3 graduate credits?!

In case you are wondering, yes I DO have a water bottle clipped onto my life vest.  I am just that cool.  But guess who DIDN'T lose their new water bottle or get dehydrated?  Yep, that's right.  The cool one on the left.  :)
